Toronto Global Academy (BSID 884434) — Effective Date: January 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in a course at Toronto Global Academy, students and/or parents agree to these Terms & Conditions.
For students under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must complete the purchase and assumes financial responsibility.
2. Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- A $50 administrative fee will be deducted.
- No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the purchase date.
- No refunds are issued once significant coursework has been completed.
- Payment plans through Klarna remain subject to Klarna’s agreement terms.

3. Course Completion Timeline
- Courses must be completed within the applicable school year.
- Extensions may be granted at the discretion of administration.
- An extension fee may apply.
- Failure to complete within the timeline may result in course closure.
4. Academic Integrity
Toronto Global Academy maintains strict academic integrity standards. We use:
- Turnitin plagiarism detection
- AI detection software
- Proctored final examinations
- Dual-camera monitoring for final exams
The following are prohibited:
- Plagiarism
- AI-generated work without authorization
- Sharing login credentials
- Recording live sessions
- Unauthorized collaboration
Exam rewrites are not permitted, except in rare, documented circumstances approved by administration.
Academic dishonesty may result in:
- Grade penalties
- Exam nullification
- Course failure
5. Withdrawal Policy
- Students may withdraw up to one week before midterm reporting.
- Withdrawals will be recorded as “Withdrawn.”
- Administrative fees may apply.
- Final marks are reported to the Ministry at the end of the school year.
6. OUAC Reporting
- Marks are submitted to OUAC only after coursework is completed and graded.
- Full payment must be received before mark submission.
- Students are responsible for adding Toronto Global Academy to their OUAC profile.
- Students are responsible for university application deadlines.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, assessments, videos, and documents are the intellectual property of Toronto Global Academy. Students may not:
- Reproduce materials
- Share login credentials
- Distribute course content
- Record live classes
Violation may result in immediate removal from the course without refund.
8. Technology & LMS Availability
While we strive for uninterrupted access, temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues. Toronto Global Academy is not liable for:
- LMS outages
- Third-party service disruptions
- Internet connectivity issues
Students will be notified if major downtime occurs.
9. Limitation of Liability
Toronto Global Academy is not liable for:
- University admission decisions
- Visa approvals
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Actions of third-party service providers
10. Partner Representation Disclaimer
Toronto Global Academy does not authorize third parties to claim partnership, affiliation, or representation unless publicly listed on our official website.
Any unauthorized representation should be reported to administration immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by:
- The laws of the Province of Ontario
- The Ontario Ministry of Education regulations
- The courts of Ontario
